laushu's greetings from singapore!!

hi dear bf-ians,

It's been two weeks now since i reached the land of MERLION.Dear friends, i had an exciting and busy orientation week in NUS. Though the whole week was extremely exhausting and taxing especailly i ended up in a sports hall,gr(you guys knew perfectly that i m not that sporty type of person), i made aquaintances with a lot of friends from places all over the world like Germany, Mauritius, China and a whole bunch of Singaporeans.

On our first day of orientation, we were assigned into different groups(mine is group Sero) and then went through ice breaking and cheers... (some cheers are in hokkien and chinese).

Second day, we were taught to dance a mass dance guess what song is that ? ans: christina's candyman!! lol i have serious pro with the hands n legs coordinations. Kesian my dance partner.. haha.. then they taught some cheers similar to our vi's hakka dance. then, we have some night game called gladiators where each group takes turn to attack and defend from the opponent group.

Third day, not really remember ...coz coughing the whole day. we had some station games do with food stuff, at night, we have another night game pirates of temasek which is quite fun oso.. being fooled around by captain jack sparrow@@##!!

Fourth day, i joined the night event only which is the "ONE NIGHT ONLY". We were asked to dress properly without any reason given. then, later only we found out that we were being paired up into couples by our group leader and sent to a so-called date!! actually, it s not the real kind of date, we just sit down and chit chat then joined by other groups' couples. A speed dating type.Later on, the event turned from a romantic atmosphere into a mambo disco..

Fifth day, night game was veryx10000000 fun.. we got to play a shooting game and then another station where we need to climb up a slippery slope. In the end everyone is covered in mud and soup. .

Sixth day, we have a night event called "starry starry night". We were to present a sketch. Our theme was: a penny can block the biggest star in the sky when it s hold close enough to the eye. We having a singing session before the event ended with everyone holding a candle!!!! haha..
