Gathering Dec 09

Heads Up Peps!

Finally finished my 10 day job.... settled some society stuff.... declined a trip to Thailand....now can finally get to organising events.... so this time around, we will probably be meeting up 2nd and/or 3rd week of December. (please let me know any of the dates that you will not be available) As usual, I will pick the date with most people free (most importantly with enough drivers free ^.^)

Things we can do is to go Kuala Selangor or Broga Hill that we were suppose to go the last time.... or we can just meet up for a simple makan. Have your say this week. Next week we will set the time and place. Please tell the rest.

Timing:
Suz: anything before 14th Dec
DC: after 10th Dec
Len: any time except sat & sun
Mouse: after 7th Dec
Ben: anytime
Yen: weekends (LI)
Mel & Loon: weekday nights or weekends
Chu: IMPOSSIBLE!!!
Phon, Tina: No need to ask.......
Fiona: before 20th dec

Looking at the dates, it seems sometime between 10-14 December is the best.

However there is some conflict between Len, Yen and Mel&Loon. The majority vote is for weekends, but then Len won't be able to make it.

So... since DC is leaving for the states and we won't get to see her again (for two years anyway), why not we do TWO meet-ups?

We can have a weekend excursion to one of the said places (Broga, KSNP etc), and also meet for simple makan on one of the nights.

I heard that on top of Bukit Malawati (next to the Kuala Selangor Nature Park) there is a nice Western restaurant.

The view from the top is also something, overlooking the mangroves, the sea and the sunset (I think).
